Refund and Returns Policy

At Reject Rack, your satisfaction is our priority. We partner with the best U.S.A. based companies for production and fulfillment, and while we strive to ensure every product meets our high standards, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Below is our policy regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.


1. Refund & Return Eligibility

We accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item or size due to a fulfillment error.

Important Note:
As all products are custom printed on demand after you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or change of mind. Clothing items must not be worn or damaged and return shipping costs are non-refundable.


2. Reporting an Issue

To ensure your issue is resolved promptly, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Use this form within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Please Provide: Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and problem (e.g., damage or misprint).
  3. Resolution: Once your claim is reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color due to customer error (please check the size guide carefully before ordering).
  • Sale or promotional items unless they are damaged or defective.

4. Replacements for Defective Items

If your claim is approved for a defective or incorrect item, we will:

  • Replace the item free of charge.
  • Ship the new item to you free of charge.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Refunded Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges. For your security and peace of mind, we recommend shipping your package with a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any approved returns.

6. Printful Production Process

Because our products are printed and fulfilled by Printful:

  • Claims for damaged or defective items must align with Printful’s policy guidelines.
  • We will work directly with Printful to resolve any issues efficiently.
